Hey guys welcome to week two of Music Monday. Wish I could say I was bringing you guys a Talicha J. original but alas, I'm still slacking on the music making front. So with that said I bring you a great artist that I have been following for a few years now. Her name is Alexz Johnson and she is a Canadian singer/songwriter with an amazing voice. If you have never heard her sing before then you are in for a treat! The song that I'm going to share with you all today is off of her latest EP, Skipping Stone. I really love that although she has worked with big companies, she has independently released her last album entitled Voodoo as well as this EP. Alexz has definitely been inspiring to me as a songwriter because she shows that you don't have to be with a large label to release great albums that reach the people.
