Women Of the World Poetry Slam (WOWPS)
Hello! I'm really happy that I'll be competing in the Women Of the World Poetry Slam (WOWPS) next month. It's my first time taking part in such a large competition and I am both nervous and excited! If you don't know what WOWPS is you can find out tons of information on the official website. It's taking place in Austin, Texas this year (a place I've never been) and there will be 72 female poets from all over slamming. There are some intimidating names listed but I'm looking forward to meeting them and hearing them all perform. Wish me luck!
