Poem-odoro Sprints (Copy)

Working with community is the best motivation. Use this time to edit an existing project, create something new, brainstorm—whatever you need to do! We'll be using a similar method to the Pomodoro Technique but with shorter intervals to push through! After checking in to introduce ourselves, we’ll work in increments of 15 minutes with 5 minute breaks in between. During the break we usually chat about what we are working on and how the sprint went. At the end you have the option to share if you’d like, but it is not mandatory.

What you get:

There are two tiers to choose from:

$0 - the free option gets you in the zoom, the chance to support and be supported by community, and dedicated time to be productive. You don’t need to do anything but join us via zoom!

$5 - this paid option gets you everything above PLUS a carefully selected generative exercise that consists of a poem to read, scaffolding questions, and a writing prompt. The prompt packet will be provided to you via the email address used at purchase before the session begins. Add on here! - This option is also good if you can’t make it to the live session, but want to have access to the prompt!

This space is open to all levels and any craft, not just poetry! Hope to see you soon!

Poetry Sprints - 6/23

I have a collection of poems that require some attention, so I thought I'd hop on and see if you'd like to write and edit with me! We'll be using a similar method to the Pomodoro Technique, but with shorter intervals. We'll work for 10 minutes and then take a 5 minute break (feel free to chat or do whatever you'd like during that time). We'll repeat this at least four times. This is a free opportunity to join. However, if you are able to, you can pay what you can/donate if you'd like! Via Google Meet.
