Ways to Work With Me 🌱
If you’re here, you’re probably writing—or circling writing—and trying to figure out what kind of support would actually help.
Most people find me because something feels a little off: they want to write but keep avoiding it, they have drafts they don’t know what to do with, or they’re working on something that feels tender, layered, or hard to hold by themselves.
You don’t need to have a clear plan. You don’t need to know what your end goal is. This page is just a way to see what kinds of containers I offer and where you might want to step in.
Below are a few ways to work with me. Take your time and see what feels like it fits.
I offer
Workshops
Workshops are usually the easiest place to start.
These are guided writing spaces focused on practice, conversation, and trying things out. There’s structure, but not rigidity. You’ll get prompts, time to write, and ways of thinking about craft that are meant to open things up—not narrow them down.
Workshops are a good fit if you’re:
wanting to write but having trouble starting or staying consistent
curious about craft without wanting it to feel academic or intimidating
interested in writing alongside others without being put on the spot
not ready for (or not interested in) one‑on‑one work yet
Many people use workshops to get a feel for how I teach and facilitate before moving into deeper work.

Groundwork Conversations
Some writing struggles aren’t really about technique. They’re about fear, shame, history, or not knowing how to stay with a project over time.
Coaching and groundwork conversations are for writers who want space to think, talk, and write without being rushed toward answers. This work unfolds over time and is shaped by what you’re actually dealing with—on and off the page.
Because of the depth involved, this offering is application‑based and intentionally paced.
This might be a good fit if you’re:
working on a long or emotionally complicated project
feeling stuck in ways that don’t feel solvable by prompts alone
looking for a thinking partner rather than a step‑by‑step plan

1:1 Revision Support
If you already have drafts and want help figuring out what to do with them, 1:1 revision might be the right next step.
This work is about paying attention. We look closely at what’s already happening on the page, what feels strong, what feels muddy, and what the piece might be asking for next. The goal isn’t to correct your voice—it’s to support clearer, more intentional choices.
Revision support is a good fit if you’re:
working on poems, hybrid work, or lyric prose
wanting specific, thoughtful feedback rather than vague notes
ready to revise and experiment, not just collect comments
This can be a single session or a short series, depending on what you’re working on.
