FAQ

Q: What kinds of poems can I bring?
Anything you’re working on! This space is open to messy drafts, nearly-finished pieces, or anything in between.

Q: Do I have to be part of Re/Write 30 to book this?
Yes—and when you book Refine the Roots, you’re automatically enrolled in the free Re/Write 30 Challenge. That means you’ll also receive access to the weekly co-revision sessions, even if you didn’t sign up separately.

Q: What if I’m not ready by the time my session comes around?
No worries—just let me know. We can reschedule if needed, or adjust the session to meet you where you are.

Q: Can I record our session?
Yes! You’re welcome to record your 1:1 session with me. (Just note that the weekly co-revision sessions for all participants will not be recorded, since those are intended as quiet working spaces.)

Q: What if I need feedback on more than 3 poems?
This container is intentionally focused to keep things spacious and meaningful. If you want to go bigger, let me know in your form and I can suggest next steps for more in-depth support.
